This work celebrates the unique harmony between a jockey and their horse, an unbreakable bond that transcends the mere stakes of a race. "The Lucky Star" highlights the trust and partnership that transform each duo into a unified entity, ready to face challenges together.

Paying homage to legendary duos like Ron Turcotte and Secretariat, Dale Sunders and Wild Creek, and Sandy Hawley with Chic Shirine, this artwork honors the passionate relationships that have shaped racing history. The accompanying phrases, such as "better together," "more than a race," and "a deep connection," underscore the profound nature of this exceptional partnership.

Through this creation, the artist sought to convey the fusion between jockey and mount, that suspended moment when man and animal become one, driven by the same energy and passion. Far from being merely a celebration of competition, this work is an ode to self-improvement and shared dreams. "The Lucky Star" inspires us to see each precious bond as a driving force that leads to greatness.
